The Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP) is an ongoing federal acquisitions program designed to help kick start businesses and support innovations designed in Canada. The program assists small and medium businesses with moving their innovations into domestic and international markets. The second week of February, the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises and Strategic Engagement – National Capital Region is hosting the BCIP Innovation Forum 2014.
Admission is free to the BCIP Innovation Forum, and it offers a venue to:
- Attend information sessions to learn about how the BCIP can benefit you
- Meet face-to-face with Government of Canada representatives involved in research and development, military and defence, business financing and support for small and medium enterprises in the National Capital Region
Exhibitors, as well as representatives from various federal departments and agencies, will also be on hand to answer your questions.
