The Government of Ontario, Ministry of Government Services (MGS) has released the third refresh of the Management Consulting Services Vendor of Record (VOR) Request for Proposal (RFP). This VOR is similar to a Supply Arrangement, and is used by all Government of Ontario Ministries and other entities to procure a range of management consulting services related to the following streams:

1. Business Metrics & Performance Management Services
2. Business Process Assessment & Integration Services
3. Organizational Effectiveness Services
4. Procurement Services
5. Program Management Services
6. Project Management Services
7. Strategic Management & Planning Services
