[ARCHIVED August 2, 2016 – This page will no longer be updated. Please see https://blog.theproposalcentre.ca//list-of-primers/ for current information on key Government of Canada and Government of Ontario contract vehicles]
Late last week PWGSC updated ProServices Supply Arrangement bidders on the status of the evaluation process for bids received in response to the ProServices Request for Supply Arrangement that was due July 2013. The process is finally nearing completion with implementation of the Supply Arrangement targeted for February 3, 2014.
As of today (January 20, 2014) it appears that vendors have not been notified of the results. It should be safe to say that notifications will be coming out within the next two weeks if PWGSC is to go live with ProServices on February 3 and make it available as of that date for Government users to access the services of qualified vendors.
Also announced was the posting of the “permanent” opportunity to qualify. As of April 1 new vendors can apply to be added to the supply arrangement and existing vendors can apply for additional categories. Based on other professional services supply arrangements, it is likely that evaluations will be done quarterly, with the first quarterly deadline set for June 30, 2014.
