PWGSC ProServices Supply Arrangement – No Renewal until 2017, Quarterly Refresh Periods Added
An amendment published today by Public Works and Government Services Canada has extended the period for new vendors to apply to become ProServices Supply Arrangement (SA) holders and for existing vendors to add new categories to their SA. It has also indicated that the “annual” renewal will not take place until May 2017.
This is good news for existing vendors as they will not need to submit a renewal proposal for another 2 years. Existing SAs will continue to be in effect until the next renewal.
With this change, potential new vendors and existing vendors will be able to submit a proposal to obtain a supply arrangement or to add additional categories to a supply arrangement at any time, with proposals to be evaluated on a quarterly basis. The quarterly due dates are:
- March 31, 2015
- June 30, 2015
- September 30, 2015
- December 31, 2015
- March 31, 2016
- June 30, 2016
- September 30, 2016
- December 30, 2016
