    [ARCHIVED] Upcoming Dates: TSPS and TBIPS Renewals, Other Supply Arrangements and VORs

    The Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario have recently updated their schedule for renewals and open opportunities to qualify on supply arrangements (SA), standing offers (SO), and vendor of record arrangements (VOR). Key renewals include:

    • PWGSC Task-Based Informatics Professionals Services (TBIPS) SO and SA
    • PWGSC Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Task-Based SO and SA
    • PWGSC TSPS Solutions-Based SA
    • PWGSC Professional Audit and Support Services (PASS) SA

    All existing TBIPS, TSPS, and PASS vendors will be required to renew their SOs/SAs in order to continue providing services under TBIPS, TSPS, and PASS.

    Other vehicles open or soon to be opened for refresh include:

    • PWGSC ProServices SA
    • PWGSC Learning Services SA
    • PWGSC Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) SA
    • Ontario MGCS Management Consulting Services VOR
    • Ontario MGCS Task-Based I&IT Services VOR

    Each of the solicitations above (renewals and refreshes) provide new vendors with an opportunity to qualify for the SO, SA or VOR. They also provide existing vendors with the opportunity to add new streams and categories to their SO, SA, or VOR, as well as to update rates in their SO or VOR (where applicable).

    All dates are subject to change. Consult the Government of Canada Tenders and Government of Ontario Tenders sites for the latest and most accurate information. The Proposal Centre will be providing updated Primers on most of the contract vehicles listed below; and links will be added to this list as each Primer becomes available.

    • Learning Services SA (ongoing refresh) – DUE: July 13, 2015
    • SBIPS SA (ongoing refresh) – DUE: July 24, 2015
    • ProServices SA (ongoing refresh) – DUE: June 30, 2015
    • Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) SA (ongoing refresh) – Due: June 30, 2015 
    • ProServices SA (ongoing refresh) – DUE: September 30, 2015
    • Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) SA (ongoing refresh) – Due: September 30, 2015 
    • Learning Services SO and SA (Renewal) – ETA: October 13, 2015
    • ProServices SA (ongoing refresh) – DUE: Quarterly to December 30, 2016
    • Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) SA (ongoing refresh) – Due: Quarterly to September 30, 2017 
    • ProServices SA (Renewal) – ETA: May 15, 2017

    Upcoming Government of Ontario Opportunities to Qualify/Renew
    According to the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, the following Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for Vendor of Record arrangements are expected to be released on the target dates or in the timeframes noted below:

    • Task-Based I&IT Services VOR (Open/Refresh #1) – April 2015
    • Solutions-Based I&IT Services VOR (Open/Refresh #1) – August 2015
    • Executive Coaching VOR (Replacement) – September 2015
    • Learning and Training Services (Replacement) – September 2015
    • Management Consulting Services VOR (Open/Refresh #2) – February  2016
    • Task-Based I&IT Services VOR (Open/Refresh #2) – April 2016
    • Solutions-Based I&IT Services VOR (Open/Refresh #2) – August 2016
