    Government of Canada – Contract Security Program Webinar Learning Series

    Do you need help in navigating the Government of Canada security screening process? The Contract Security Program offers training for private sector organizations bidding and working on government contracts with security requirements.

    The Contract Security Program offers a free live webinar series related to the program. The webinars are designed to increase your ability to fulfill the Contract Security Program requirements, and are presented on a monthly basis, in both official languages.

    About the Sessions

    Each webinar is one hour long and is comprised of a 40-minute presentation on the selected topic and a 20-minute Q&A. The training is open to anyone.

    Attend this webinar if you are a Canadian organization interested in bidding on a government contract that includes security requirements.

    Document Safeguarding Capability

    Attend this webinar if you have a current or upcoming requirement to receive and store sensitive government information and assets at your work location, or if you want to learn about physical and information technology (IT) security inspection processes.

    Contracting Outside of Canada

    Attend this webinar if you are interested in doing business with foreign organizations or foreign governments and want to learn about international contracting requirements.

    Handling and safeguarding

    Attend this webinar if your organization handles or safeguards sensitive government information and assets for a contract with the Government of Canada, or if you want to learn about maintaining compliance with Contract Security Program security requirements.

    Changes to the criminal record check

    Company security officer training

    The Contract Security Program also offers essential, one-day, in-classroom training for company security officers (CSOs) and alternate company security officers (ACSOs).
