    The Government of Canada purchases professional services primarily through contract vehicles such as standing offers and supply arrangements. In some cases, the use of a standing offer or supply arrangement is mandatory.

    Temporary Help Services (THS) Standing Offer (SO) and Supply Arrangement (SA): Qualify to provide Temporary Help Services in the National Capital (NCR) area [Open – Renewal – Next Due Date: July 31, 2019. Quarterly due dates: Last business day of the month in March, June, September and December]

    The THS RFSO and RFSA are for the provision of Temporary Help Services to any Canadian Government Department, Departmental Corporation or Agency in the National Capital Area.

Learning Services includes all aspects of the design, development and delivery of classroom learning, blended learning and eLearning product development.     Primer: PWGSC Professional Audit and Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement

    The Government of Canada purchases professional services primarily through contract vehicles such as standing offers (SO) and supply arrangements (SA). In some cases, the use of a standing offer or supply arrangement is mandatory.

    For professional services contracts related to audit and accounting services, the Professional Audit and Support Services (PASS) SA is an essential contract vehicle and will be for years to come.

    PWGSC PASS SA: Mandatory for Audit and Accounting Services [Open for bids indefinitely – Quarterly due dates: last business day of the month in March, June, September and December. Next due date: December 31, 2021.]

    Communication Marketing Management Supply Arrangement (SA): Qualify for Communication Marketing Management Professional Services Contracts over $25,000 and under $2,000,000 across Canada [CLOSED]

    RFI: SaaS Method of Supply (GC Cloud)

    On October 29, 2018 Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) published a Request for Information (RFI) requesting Industry input to help establish a new method of supply for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) requirements. The new SaaS method of supply is part of the GC Cloud Services Procurement Vehicle framework, which is intended to help position the Government of Canada and public sector partners to leverage the latest digital technologies in the delivery of programs and services to all Canadians.

    Primer: Government of Ontario Information & Information Technology (I&IT) Solutions Consulting Services Vendor of Record

    The Government of Ontario, Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS) purchases IT Professional Services through Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangements. These VORs are similar to Supply Arrangements and are used by all Government of Ontario ministries and other entities to procure a range of IT Professional Services.

    Ontario Information & Information Technology (I&IT) Solutions Consulting Services Vendor of Record (VOR): Qualify for opportunities to provide IT Professional Services in the form of an end-to-end, fixed-price solution to Ontario ministries and entities (Closed)

    This VOR is mandatory for Ontario Government ministries and for Ontario Public Service (OPS) entities who wish to obtain I&IT Solutions Consulting services. It is optional for Provincially Funded Organizations (PFOs), formerly referred to as the Broader Public Sector (BPS).     Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Task-Based Standing Offer (SO) and Supply Arrangement (SA): Qualify for Contracts for Non-IT Professional Services [Closed]
    The TSPS Task-Based SO and TSPS Task-Based SA are two of several mandatory contract vehicles related to the provision of non-IT professional services. The other related contract vehicles are the TSPS Solutions-Based SA and the ProServices SA.

    With the ongoing shift towards delivering IT services and solutions through cloud computing, the Government of Canada (GC) is actively adopting this technology to support the delivery of programs and services to Canadians.

    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to establish a method of supply for software-as-a-service (SaaS) requirements, the GC Cloud Services Procurement Vehicle. The vehicle will provide methods of supply to satisfy both classified and unclassified cloud requirements for the Government of Canada and public sector entities, including provincial, territorial, and municipal governments.
