According to PWGSC, the Tenders site was inundated with users this morning necessitating a quick upgrade in their infrastructure. This was completed and the site is back to normal operation.
The Tenders team spent the weekend clearing the backlog of issues that arose as the system went live. They have continued to clear up issues throughout the day today and expect that the flow of regular tenders should start tonight. Please note that a handful of urgent opportunity notices have already been posted.
Within the next few days they will post information on known issues, tips, and features under development to keep all users informed. As always, they welcome any feedback you have.
