From a services perspective, the threshold for the past two years has been $78,500. Treasury Board has recently announced that for the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015, the threshold Read the rest of this entry »

The Learning Services Supply Arrangement has been in a perpetual refresh state since October 2012, meaning that suppliers have been able to submit a bid at any time during that period (evaluated quarterly) to become SA holders. The closing date for this refresh has been set as January 3, 2014 giving suppliers one more opportunity to become Supply Arrangement holders before the vehicle is renewed.
No date has been set for the renewal solicitation; however, the term of existing supply arrangements (as well as any new supply arrangements awarded to bidders as part of the current solicitation) have been extended to November 28, 2014, suggesting that the renewal process will completed late fall 2014.
